Is there a reward when I refer a friend? |
Yes, the Referrer and the Referred Customer will each receive a $100 USD Amazon.com Gift Card once the Referred Customer books with PODS and has their container delivered. The reward will be sent via email with email addresses provided once the Referral has been verified. |
How and when will I receive my individual reward(s)? |
The reward will be sent once the referral has been verified. An Amazon.com Gift Card valued at $100 USD will be sent within the first seven days of the month following the Referred Customer’s container delivery. The Amazon.com Gift Card will be sent to the email addresses provided to PODS via the referral form. The Referred Customer must complete an order with the email address that was submitted with the Referrer to qualify both the Referrer and the Referred Customer for the Benefit. Make sure that the email address is correct, otherwise the reward will be not distributed. |
Do any of the rewards expire? |
The portion of your Amazon.com Balance made up of Gift Cards issued after October 1, 2005 does not expire and may be applied to your Amazon.com account and applied to eligible purchases despite any stated expiration date. |
Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer or the rewards I can earn? |
No, you can refer as many people as you want but can only refer the same person once. The rewards you earn will depend on the number of referrals that are verified and meet all the requirements. |
What conditions must be completed for the Referrer and Referred Customers to earn the reward? |
Referrers must submit the form with accurate email addresses; the Referred Customer must book a container with PODS using the email address that was submitted by the Referrer and have their container delivered in order for both the Referrer and Referred Customer to receive the reward. |
Can I receive a reward for previous customers I referred before the Referral Program was launched? |
No, you are only qualified to receive the reward after the program was launched. If you referred a friend through the form and the Referred Customer has met all the requirements, you both will receive a $100 USD Amazon.com Gift Card. |
Who is eligible to be a Referrer? |
The PODS Referral Program is open to legal United States residents residing in the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States, Hawaii and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older. Officers, directors, managers and employees of PODS Enterprises, LLC (the “Sponsor”) and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and related companies, advertising and promotion agencies, consultants and agents, as well the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such person, any others engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of the PODS Referral Program are not eligible to participate. |
Does the Referred person have to be a new customer who has never used PODS? Can it be a current (active customer)? |
The Referred Customer does not have to be a new PODS customer. It can be a current customer as long as an order is placed, and the container is delivered after they have been referred. |
How do I refer friends? |
Submit the form with your email address and the Referred Customer's email address. Make sure that your friend completes the order with the email address specified in the form. |
Where can I find my referral link/code? |
We do not distribute special links or codes. You only need to submit the form with the Referred Customer’s information here. |
How do I know when I've successfully referred someone? |
You will receive a Thank You confirmation page once the form has been submitted and the Referred Customer will receive an email notifying them that you referred them. |
Is there a way for me to track the status of my referrals? |
No, you will only be notified when the Referred Customer has successfully completed their container delivery. |
